Millenia Claims Management offers a web-based claims and risk management software system which allows our clients access to review their claims in real time. The system, QISS (Quick Internet Software Solutions) has over 100 customizable reports that can be downloaded into an Excel Spreadsheet, Word Document or Crystal Report. This software was designed by insurance professionals and is one of the leading software claims and risk management systems in the insurance industry.

The QISS system is very user-friendly and has a diary system to ensure deadlines are appropriately met. QISS is highly secured and regular backups are provided daily.

QISS also has the capability to provide risk management tracking and trending of incidents. The ability to create clear and concise loss-runs has been very beneficial to many of our clients in identifying and reducing risks from occurring.

Training can be provided through a live web-based demonstration or in person. There is a nominal monthly charge per user for access to review the data.
