Sheila Kieffer, A.I.C.                                                                                                             

Sheila Kieffer has over 25 years of claims management and risk management experience primarily in professional and general liability claims. She began her career with Metropolitan Dade County Risk Management Division where she handled complex and catastrophic claims for Dade County, Florida. She then worked for Southern Fire Adjusters and Capital Assurance Company where she supervised complex commercial and property casualty claims. After leaving Southern Fire Adjusters, Sheila joined a National TPA, Cambridge Integrated Services as an Account Litigation Manager to provide claim handling services for a national long term care provider. After leaving Cambridge Integrated Services, Sheila Kieffer was asked to open a branch office in Boca Raton, Florida for another TPA, ProClaim America where she served as the Branch Manager and Southeast Marketing Manager. In 2004, she co-founded Millenia Claims Management and serves the Company as President and works out of the Boca Raton, Florida office.

Thomas Senderhauf,AIC, SCLA                                                                               

Tom Senderhauf has over 25 years in the insurance industry. He began his career at the St. Paul Insurance Company in Atlanta.  He handled Medical Malpractice claims for the Medical College of Georgia, as well as, other hospitals and doctor groups in Georgia.  For a brief time he was a National Claims Account Manager for St. Paul’s large accounts, such as, The Girl Scouts USA and the PGA Tour.  Tom moved on to PHICO Insurance Company where he handled claims in most states and Puerto Rico.  While working at AIG he investigated, negotiated and settled high exposure claims for the Nursing Home Industry through out Southeast United States. In 2005, Tom was hired by Millenia Claims Management to open their Atlanta office and currently serves as SE Vice President of Claims.
